The LD14P consists of a laser ranging core, wireless power and communication units, an angle measurement unit, a motor drive unit, and a mechanical case. It uses triangulation technology to perform 4,000 distance measurements per second by emitting an infrared laser and calculating distances based on reflections. The angle measurement unit combines this data to generate point cloud information, which is transmitted wirelessly. Meanwhile, the motor drive unit maintains the desired speed using PID closed-loop control.
